Return Policy / Warranty Disclaimer
The products sold here come with the following warranty: Stock goods may be returned within 30 days after receipt of goods. Special orders may not be returned. An RMA# is required for all returns. Please call customer service for your RMA# and follow our return instructions. Returned goods are subject to inspection before a credit is issued. Resalable merchandise returned for credit may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your credit. When merchandise is returned as a result of a WNL Products’ error, or for defective merchandise, full credit will be issued including freight charges. Products with a longer warranty period have this indicated in their descriptions.
Limitation of Liability
Work ‘n Leisure Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Work ‘n Leisure Products, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Work ‘n Leisure Products, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Work ‘n Leisure Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Work ‘n Leisure Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
