Thank you for your interest in becoming a distributor of our products. In order to participate in this program, please complete the application below. Allow up to five days for us to review and reply to your request.

WNL management reserves the right to accept or decline appointing a new distributorship based on other factors as well such as market conditions, credit worthiness of the organization requesting to become a distributor etc.

Final determination of the distribution network is at the sole discretion of WNL Products.

I agree that the product I purchase will be for resale;
I agree that my first order will be a minimum of $1,500.00 excluding shipping;‎
I agree to include 5 core WNL items (1 case minimum per item) from the below "Core Product List"
I agree to purchase full case quantities;
I agree that I have adequate facilities at a commercial location to stock merchandise and to fulfill orders. WNL distributors cannot be "home based";
I agree to maintain an e-commerce website supporting a minimum of 5 WNL items with phone support available during normal business hours 9:00 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays;
I agree to participate in an annual business review with a WNL representative;
I agree to purchase a minimum of $5,000.00 worth of WNL Products product per year;
I agree to submit payment with my first order by credit card or other advance payment method;
I understand that at its sole discretion, WNL may grant/terminate distributor status at any time;
I agree to display the WNL trademark name in all published materials and that misrepresentation of WNL branded products is not permitted and will result in termination of this distributor agreement;
I understand that product images, advertising copy and the use of the WNL logo and trademarks are available WNL and permitted for use for the sole purpose of promoting the WNL branded products;
I am a legal representative of my company and I am authorized to sign and submit this application.
I agree that I will not sell WNL Products merchandise on Amazon.com or to Amazon.com directly, or knowingly sell to a third party who would sell on Amazon.com as it could result in revocation of my distributorship with WNL.
